Second in the 'Bake Our Own Bread Event' - Basic Homestyle Multigrain Bread by Martha Stewart

We're into our second week of making our own bread and I thought of course, we can't go further without trying one of Martha Stewart's recipes. The Homestyle Multigrain Bread recipe is in two parts; part one can be found here and part two here. This is my first time trying this recipe so I'm very excited to taste it!

Without  further ado, Let's get to Baking!

The ingredients used in the video are as follows:

To proof the Yeast
2 packets dry yeast
1/2 cup water (not more than 115 degrees)
2 teaspoon honey

Grains
1-1/3 cup cooked wheat berry
1 cup soaked bulgur
1/2 cup flax seed (and extra for the top of the loaves)
1/2 cup rolled oats (and extra for the top of the loaves)
1/3 cup sunflower (and extra for the top of the loaves)

Other Ingredients
1 cup rye flour
2-3/4 cups whole wheat flour
2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoon kosher salt
4 tablespoon melted butter
3 tablespoon honey
1-3/4 cup + 2 tablespoon warm water

In addition to the ingredients mentioned above, I also added 1/2 cup wheat bran. And for the decorative grains, I went very heavy on the flaxseed.
