Flourless Banana Cookies

Do you have ripe bananas but you're not sure what to do with it? It may be too ripe to look appetizing to eat as a snack but it is just right to make those delicious cookies. I was very glad that I saw this recipe from Alida's Kitchen and this is my second time trying it. I will definitely be baking these cookies again!

I love that these cookies are flourless and have lots of oats and nuts. The sweetness of the dates, raisins and ripe bananas are enough and so doesn't require additional sugar. I did add almonds, pecans, walnuts and raisins to this recipe.

Don't forget to share pics of your edible 'kreations'. Till next time, "Happy Baking!"

I look forward to reading your comments! Did you try out these cookies?
