Minnie Mouse Themed Cake

I have been using the simple white cake recipe as my 'go to' recipe when I need thin two layers of cake that don't need to be torted. This 8" cake was filled and covered with butter cream and then finished off with fondant borders and decorations. The cake topper, 'Lil' Minnie was purchased at Party City.
