During my recent trip to my beautiful homeland St. Lucia, I had the opportunity to celebrate with a very bright young man, Avey! I hoped that you enjoyed your cakes.
I've read that it can be hard to work with fondant in the tropics but I really learned this first hand while working on those cakes. I owe a lot to my little brother, Levi, for helping me. He helped bake and decorate the cakes. It was tough manipulating the fondant due to the humidity but we made it work. Thanks Bro!
